Please be advised that from 1st April 2020, SafeMove will be replacing its current Commercial Standard report with the Commercial Plus report which will cover the full range of commercial properties.

“Our new report aims to improve the conveyancing process for commercial property lawyers by reducing their query delays and simplifying the options available to them when it comes to choosing the correct search report for their clients.

Priced at a fixed rate of £251 incl vat for properties and development land within the Yorkshire Water region, SafeMove’s new commercial drainage and water search report will include an unlimited number of billing accounts without the constraints of land size, whilst still addressing a comprehensive range of questions using data taken directly from Yorkshire Water’s asset and billing records.”
