OneSearch Express is a no-search insurance policy with the addition of a property data report containing Local Enquiries information, captured by our experienced and highly efficient in-house data team.

In association with leading Legal Indemnity Insurance Broker Northcott Beaton, this unique policy is also backed by Aviva, the UK’s largest insurance company. It is the first of its kind in the industry, and goes above and beyond standard indemnity policies to incorporate extra due diligence. Whilst insuring the type of information that can often cause unacceptable delays to obtain, we are still able to provide upfront data about your client’s property, including potential risk indication, allowing further enquiries to be made if red flags are revealed.
