Overview

The Land Registry OC2 Copy Lease reveals a potentially wide variation of ancillary and historical Registered Deeds filed against a property’s title number, such as a restrictive covenant on the land, transfers, charges, conveyances, or any other restrictions imposed. If a deed is noted as “copy filed” or “original filed” in the Title Register, it is an OC2 document.

When ordering a filed deed, you must specify which document you require, otherwise Land Registry will decide.
