Liz joined OneSearch in 1995 as Operations Director and has been our Managing Director since 2015. In 2022, Liz became Managing Director of Landmark Search, which includes both OneSearch, SearchFlow, and Landmark Legal.

A lifelong learner, Elizabeth enjoys getting stuck into a variety of short courses across a wide range of topics. When not buried in books, Elizabeth is a self-confessed museum geek, and enjoys being in the crowd at stand-up comedy nights.

Caroline joined the OneSearch family in July 2006 and has been a vital member of our accounting team ever since.

Following a career path that she wanted ever since she was small, Caroline joined initially as an accountant, before progressing to Financial Controller, a role which sees her manage the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and the production and analysis of the monthly results.

Outside of work, Caroline is kept busy by her two children, and can often be found out shopping, booking her next holiday in the sun, or losing herself in a book.

Joe has worked in the finance team at OneSearch for over twenty three years, having started with us in March 2002. Within the team he is responsible for credit control, rebate/ panel calculation and general account management.

Away from work, Joe can often be found walking the dog or watching his son play football. Growing up, Joe himself had aspirations of playing football for his beloved Manchester United.

Carol leads our fantastic Customer Service department, with her team making sure our customers are receiving the best service possible.

Carol joined the company in February 2004, starting as a Customer Service Advisor, and has also been Customer Service Deputy Manager in the past.

When not at work, Carol can be found travelling, and spending time in the gym. Carol’s dream job growing up was a ballet dancer.

Leading our amazing Local Search team since 2012 is Heather, who has been a member of the OneSearch family since December 1994, having previously worked within the data, Scottish production and ancillary teams.

Heather’s team are responsible for producing Local Searches, containing the breakdown of information about each property, from planning applications, conservation areas, road status and traffic schemes.

Outside of work, Heather can be found enjoying the latest films and TV shows, reading and spending time with her family.
