London Borough of Camden 35 Notice received from Camden
We are currently working with HMLR to migrate Camden’s Local Land Charges Register to a new centralised digital register. Our current timetable would enable us to go live in the Spring of 2026 with the Migration Project. However, as there is still further analysis of our data to be undertaken this date is not fixed. We will give all our customers plenty of notice before the change occurs.

This means that Search application requests will take longer to be processed and returned, so please submit your search in plenty of time.
Our current turnaround time for ALL types of searches at present is up to 4 weeks but we are doing our best to return to a normal service.

We would be grateful if you could bear with us during this time as it will take us longer than usual to respond to your email requests.

For further details of the project please visit: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/hm-land-registry-local-land-charges-programme/local-land-charges-programme

Many thanks,
