Please be advised that the estimated turnaround time is subject to change. As with all search companies, we are currently experiencing a fluctuation in response times; however, we are working closely with Local Authorities to ensure the quickest turnaround and thank you for your patience.

The following local authority areas currently have an extended turnaround time for the Regulated Local Authority Search (please note: T/A is for Prime Regulated Local Search estimated turnaround time in business working days, and are not Official Search turnaround times):

Chesterfield Borough Council	5	Onesearch have been advised of the following. Chesterfield Borough Council, Local Land Charges have advised that they will not be in the office from Thursday 27th November 2025 to Tuesday 2nd December 2025 due to annual leave. No searches will be processed or returned within this time as unfortunately there is no one available to cover the work. We will monitor the situation and upload accordingly. Derby City Council	7	UPDATE 11TH NOV I am pleased to inform you that yesterday we served notice on Derby City Council and they are due to go live with the LLC service on 01 December 2025. Derby have confirmed that the last date an LLC1 search will be accepted will be close of play on 24 November 2025. After 24 November, customers will need to hold any LLC1 search applications until after the local authority have gone live on the HM Land Registry Service. Please note that requests for Con29 applications will continue to be processed the local authority and this service will remain with them. Flintshire County Council	25	Please note that due to limited resource and a high level of demand for searches, Flintshire County Council are taking much longer than normal to return regulated searches, which has led to a substantial increase in turnaround times. Havant Borough Council	7	UPDATE 23rd Sept - Onesearch have been advised that the councils system migration has not gone to plan and therefore is still in progress and has not been able to go live as yet. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as we soon as we hear from them. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Onesearch have been informed of the following which may have an impact on turnaround times . Due to a system migration, the Land Charge platform will not be updated from 31st July 2025 . As a result, this platform may not accurately reflect the Local Land Charges Register. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and appreciate your patience as we make this change. London Borough of Camden	35	Notice received from Camden We are currently working with HMLR to migrate Camden’s Local Land Charges Register to a new centralised digital register. Our current timetable would enable us to go live in the Spring of 2026 with the Migration Project. However, as there is still further analysis of our data to be undertaken this date is not fixed. We will give all our customers plenty of notice before the change occurs. This means that Search application requests will take longer to be processed and returned, so please submit your search in plenty of time. Our current turnaround time for ALL types of searches at present is up to 4 weeks but we are doing our best to return to a normal service. We would be grateful if you could bear with us during this time as it will take us longer than usual to respond to your email requests. London Borough of Hackney	180	Since the cyberattack at London Borough of Hackney Council in October 2020, the Local Authority have been unable to access or provide information in the Local Land Charges register and CON29/0. The Local Authority have advised that they have been able to retrieve some information on the Local land Charges register and CON29/0 and will be able to provide a partial search report. This report will provide elements of the LLC1 and CON29/0 but will not cover a full search. The Local Authority have also advised that they will no longer provide a personal search service for the foreseeable as they currently have no public register available. Regrettably, this means that OneSearch Direct will be unable to provide a regulated search service in in the London Borough of Hackney Council for the following products. OneSearch Prime OneSearch Duo For clients with an outstanding order for either of these products, we can provide the following options: 1. Cancel your order, free of charge. 2. Change your OneSearch Prime or Duo to our OneSearch Express product, which is a comprehensive No Search insurance policy of £1Million, combined with real-time Local Search Enquiries (CON29R Data). The cost is £50.00 and can be returned in up to 5 working days. 3. Leave your order outstanding indefinitely and obtain a Search Delay insurance policy. London Borough of Hounslow	25	Onesearch are experiencing delays at the moment which is due to council volumes and process restrictions. London Borough of Westminster	25	Onesearch have been advised of the following due to IT issues there will be a delay in processing personal searches. Onesearch will monitor the situation and update accordingly . Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Newcastle upon Tyne City Council	30	Onesearch have been advised that due to staffing issues, annual leave and a previous system update, the volume of work has increased. This now has an impact on the turnaround time which is approx. 35 days. Onesearch will monitor and update accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Rossendale Borough Council	25	Rossendale have advised that they are now working through a backlog which has now had an impact on turnaround times. The turnaround time is approx. 30 days Onesearch are currently monitoring the situation. Please accept our apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Royal Borough of Greenwich	30	Due to staffing issues the council have advised that this may have an impact on turnaround times. They have asked that we bear with them as they try to resolve this. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.
Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea	25	Onesearch have been advised of the following We have experienced a serious IT system issue yesterday 24/11/25 that has continued into today 25/11/25. This has been caused by a cyber incident, which is impacting our networks and systems. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any applications at present. Slough Council	17	Slough Borough Council, - We have been notified by Local Land Charges that they are experiencing software issues. In light of this, they currently cannot process or return searches. This is being investigated by their supplier as a high priority, however, they cannot yet confirm when there will be a solution. Winchester City Council	16	Winchester City Council has advised that they are currently working with HM Land Registry to migrate their Local Land Charges Register to the new centralised digital register. They anticipate going live in October/November. Please note that this transition will impact all search requests, and the current turnaround time is approximately 8 weeks.
