Leicester City Council 7 Onesearch have received the following from Leicester City Council
Update 18th March
Following on from the cyber incident which took place a couple of weeks ago I can confirm that we are still awaiting the restoration of our systems.

Our IT team has started the process of restoring access but this is not a straight forward task and certain services & systems are likely to take longer to be restored than others. We appreciate your patience and understanding of the issues which we face and please accept out apologies if this is the first update we have provided to you.

In terms of what will happen as systems are restored, we are hoping to have access to our land charges system by the end of the week, at which point we should be able to start returning search results which where submitted before Sunday 3rd March as our feeder departments will have already carried out there work before the cyber incident. If there are any issues with this we will let you know once the system has been restored.

With all searches which have been submitted after Sunday 3rd March things are less clear as we require all of our feeder departments services to be fully restored before we can proceed. Once we have an update on this i will let you know.

I appreciate that some search requests might be more urgent than others, if you can provide my team with a list of searches which you have requested and an indication of the date which each result is needed by this will help to give my team us prioritise the most urgent searches where we have the capacity to do so.

Onesearch will update as soon as news becomes available.
