From Monday 26th February 2024, the Landmark Chancel ‘No Potential Liability’ reports will now be covered by a certification, as standard, replacing the ‘£3 million In-perpetuity insurance’ for the prospective homebuyer.

The new certification will be underwritten through our partners at PinPoint by an Aviva £3 million, successor in title, indemnity policy which will still provide you and your clients peace-of-mind and confidence as to the accuracy of the reports.
